As humans, we collect and keep all kinds of random knowledge and thoughts to help us stay in the know. The random facts we collect every day, may just be all we might need to pass an interview/exam, complete an essay, or even win a bet. 1.            Did you know that PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds (PUBG) is the most popular online video game in the world? With roughly one billion and thirty-seven million (1,037,000,000) players. This is followed by CrossFire, which is the second most played video game, with about one billion (1,000,000,000) players.

 

2.            Did you know that the most viewed YouTube video is "Baby Shark Dance" with 8.43 billion views? This is followed by the song "Despacito" which has 7.32 billion views.

 

3.            The most viewed Instagram video is on Lady Gaga’s Instagram page, with 24,697,227 views, while Zach King's Harry Potter illusion on TikTok has the highest TikTok view of about 2.2 billion.

 

4.            Did you know that MrBeast (Jimmy Donaldson of MrBeast YouTube channel) was buried in a coffin for 50 hours (approximately 2 days and 2 hours)? Watch the video here. He also stayed in a Solitary Confinement for 50 hours.

 

5.            Did you know that T-series is the most subscribed YouTube channel in the world by April 2021? With a total of 180 million subscribers. Cocomelon - Nursery Rhymes follows up as the second most subscribed channel in the world, with a total of 110 million subscribers.

6.            Did you know that the app with the most monthly active users in the world in 2021 is Facebook? It has over 2.7 billion active monthly users. It is followed closely by YouTube, which has approximately 2 billion monthly active users. WhatsApp is the third most monthly used social platform, it has approximately 2 billion monthly active users. The next is Facebook Messenger, it has about 1.3 billion active monthly users, making it the fourth most active used app. There are about 1.16 billion (active) monthly Instagram users, so Instagram is the fifth most actively used platform.

 

7.            Did you know that the richest Youtuber in the world as of April 2021, is 9 years old Ryan Kaji (of Ryan’s World YouTube channel)? He makes estimated annual earnings of about $2.8 million to $45.2, from his YouTube views. He is closely followed up by Jimmy Donaldson (of MrBeast YouTube channel), who makes between $1 million to $33.2 million annually, making him the second richest Youtuber in the world.

Most liked social platforms post May 2021

Instagram --- The most liked Instagram post of all time is the Photo of an egg (by Chris Godfrey @world_record_egg) -- it has more than 55.0 million likes. This is followed closely by LOVE IS WAR (a post by XXXTentacion -- final post before his death @xxxtentacion) – the post has about 24.3 million likes. The third most liked Instagram post is the reveal of Billie Eilish’s blonde hair (@billieeilish) -- 22.7 million likes, and the fourth most liked Instagram post is still from Billie Eilish. It is a photo from British Vogue shoot (@billieeilish) – 20.5 million likes.

 

Apart from Instagram itself, the most followed account on Instagram by May 2021 is Footballer Cristiano Ronaldo’s Instagram account – 283 million followers. Actor Dwayne Douglas Johnson’s Instagram account is the second most followed account on Instagram -- 234 million followers. Ariana Grande is the third most followed person on Instagram (according to Wikipedia), she has 232 million followers.

 

Facebook --- the most liked photo on Facebook in 2021 is a photo of Nick Vujicic and family (posted on March 21st, 2014) – it has almost 55.0 million likes. The most liked page on Facebook as of April 22nd, 2021 is Facebook App page. It has 211,594,938 likes. Samsung electronics’ pages comes next with 161,578,176 likes. The third most liked Facebook page is Cristiano Ronaldo’s page with 124,726,150 likes. This makes Cristiano Ronaldo the most liked human (person) on Facebook.

 

TikTok – 17 years old Charli D'Amelio, is the most followed person on TikTok as of May 2021, with a whopping 114.7 million followers. For lip-syncing “Soph Aspin Send” by Millie B, Bella Poarch (@bellapoarch) becomes the TikToker with the highest video likes of 48.6 million. Franek Bielak (@fredziownik_art) has the second highest video likes on TikTok with 47.1 million likes, for the drawing of moving ladies lips he made in 2020. Nick Luciano (@thenickluciano) has the third most liked TikTok 46.4 for lip syncing “SugarCrash!” by ElyOtto.

 

With 9,200,000,000 (9.2 billion) likes, Charli D'Amelio has the highest account likes on TikTok. Krissi Malloy has the second most liked TikTok account with 8,600,000,000 (8.6 billion) likes, and the third most liked TikTok account is Addison Rae. The singer has 5,100,000,000 (5.1 billion) TikTok likes.

 

Twitter – Most liked tweet is a post from the family of Chadwick Boseman (@chadwickboseman) - 7.4 million likes. It is followed by a post from Barack Obama (@BarackObama) - 4.2 million likes.

The former United states president (Barack Obama) is the most followed on twitter, with 129 million followers. The second most followed person on twitter is Justin Bieber (@justinbieber), he is followed by 114.04 million people. Katy Perry (@katyperry) is the third most followed person on twitter, with 109.52 million followers.

 

LinkedIn – Post from Brigette Hyacinth (posted in 2019) 849,075 likes. It is followed by another post from the same person (posted in 2020) 612,310 likes.


Animals


The most snakes in the world


 1.            Did you know that Dogs mature more quickly than humans initially? This maturity then begins to vary (according to their breed) as they age. This means that a one-year dog is approximately 12 human years, a two-year-old is approximately 24 human years. However, at ten, (with a reduced aging speed) the same dog becomes 56 years, meaning the ratio of human-to-dog age (1:12) has reduced drastically to approximately 1:6.

 

2.            Did you know that India has the most snakes in the world with about 2900 known snake species? Did you also know that China has the most pandas with almost 66% of the world’s giant pandas? Namibia has the most population of giraffes, followed by South Africa. Did you know that the USA has the most dogs with a dog population of about 69,929,000, while China follows closely with almost 27,400,000 dog populations?

 

3.            Did you know that the ants are the most numerous insects in the world, with over an estimated 10-100,000 trillion individual ants and about more than 10,000 species? For every human in the world, there are about 1,000,000 ants. The red-billed queleas, which swarm over Africa's savannah, is the largest flock of birds with several hundreds of millions (100s of millions) of birds in a single flock. The queleas are the most abundant species of bird in the world. chinstrap penguins come in as the second most numerous birds in the world, they flock at approximately 2,000,000 penguins per flock at the Islands, off Antarctica. The common starling birds (European starling) are the next most numerous animal group; they flock at approximately 1,000,000 birds per flock. Did you also know that the bristlemouths (lightfishes) are the most numerous fish in the world?

Did you also know that Chicken is the fourth most populous/abundant animals in world? There are approximately 50 billion (50,000,000,000) chickens in the world. This means that putting humans in perspective, there are about 2.5 chickens per human.

Raining Fish

1.            Did you know that in a city in Honduras called Yoro, it rains fish? This phenomenon is known as lluvia de peces or aguacero de pescado. This occurrence has been going for more than a century.

3.            Did know that Bats save farmers billions of dollars every year, by keeping pests away from our food crops?

     The adult human body is made up of 206 bones (which form the skeleton), the human foot has 26 bones, the wrist has 8 bones, the hand has 27 bones. A new-born baby has about 305 bones. The middle ear has 3 bones (the smallest bone is called stapes, it is also the smallest bone in the body), the face has 14 bones, the skull has 22 bones, the chest has 25 bones, the arms have 6 bones (each has 3 bones).

     There about 650 muscles in the human body and 72 muscles in the arm.

     The human body is made up of 12 pairs of ribs (making it 24 ribs--except for people who are born with some genetic anomalies)

     The human heart is made up of 4 chambers (two right, two left), and 2 pumps.

     The normal human blood pressure for an adult should be 120/80 mmHg, the normal blood cholesterol level is 100 mg/dl, the human blood normally has a pH between 7.35 to 7.45, the average volume of blood in an adult human is between 4.5 to 5.7 litres, and the normal pulse rate for an adult is an average of 80 beats per minute.

     There are 33 numbers of vertebrae in the human spinal column (they normally reduce to 24, as humans grow older), and the neck has 7 numbers of vertebrae.

     The first transplanted human organ is the kidney.

1.            Did you know that there are over an estimated 3 billion trees in the world? The general Sherman tree is the largest tree in the world? It covers a space of about 52,508 cubic feet (1,487 cubic meters). Do you also know that Russia has the most trees in the world, with almost 642 billion trees? This is followed closely by Canada which has about 318 billion trees, Brazil with 302 billion trees has the third most trees in the world and then the United States with 228 billion trees, comes in as the country with the fourth most trees in the world.

 

2.            Did you know that only about 30 percent of plants in the world provide about 90 percent of the food humans eat? Did you also know that nearly over 200,000 plant species have been identified in the world today, with the possibility of even discovering more? Did you know that an average sized tree provides enough wood to make about170,100 pencils?

1.            Did you know that San Marino has the highest number of cars with almost about 1,263 cars per 1,000 persons? Monaco follows closely as the country with the second highest number of cars, with 899 cars per 1,000 persons. The third country with the highest number of cars in the world is the United States, it has about 795 cars per 1,000 persons.

 

2.            Did you know that as of 2020, China produces the most cars in the world? They produce more than 32.5 % (25,225,242 out of 77,621,582) of the cars in the world in 2020. The United States is the second country with the most car production in the world, with 8,822,399 (11%) cars produced in 2020. Japan produced 8,067,557 (10.4%) cars in 2020 making them the third country with the most car production. Germany comes fourth with 3,742,454 (4.8%) cars produced in 2020 while South Korea is the fifth country with the most car production (3,506,774).

Alice Walton (71) worth $68.0 billion, is the second richest woman in the world according to Forbes. 50 years MacKenzie Scott (former spouse to Jeff Bezos) worth $53 billion is the third richest woman in the world in 2021. She is followed closely by Julia Koch & family. Julia Koch is the fourth richest woman in the world. She is 58 years of age and worth $46.6 billion.

1.            Did you know that the Bible is the most selling book in the world in 2012? It sold over 5 billion till date according to Guinness book of records. The holy Bible is also the most read Book in the world. Did you also know that the largest producer of the Bible is China?

 

2.            Did you know that Psalm 117 is the shortest book in the Bible? Did you also know that the longest book in the Bible is Psalm 119, the shortest verse in the Bible is John 11:35 and the longest verse is Esther 8:9?

It contains approximately 22,400 pages and about 3.68 million words. “A Chronicle of Ancient Sunlight” (by Henry Williamson) is the second longest book in the world. It contains 2,436,924 words on 6,062 pages of a book. The third longest book in the world is “Devta”, written by Muhiyyu-d-Deen Nawaab, it has about 4,723 pages and 2,206,310 word-count.

1.            Did you know that Russia is the biggest country in the world? It is also the biggest country in Asia and the biggest country in Europe? Russia covers a landmass of about 6,601,670 square miles. Canada is the second largest country in the world, covering 3,855,100 square miles, China comes as the third largest country, with almost 3,705,407 square miles. The United States is the fourth largest country in the world with 3,677,649 square miles of landmass and Brazil, the fifth largest country in the world, covers 3,287,956 square miles.

 

2.            Did you know that the top five poorest countries in the world are in Africa? The poorest country in the world is Burundi with an estimated GDP per capita of $264. Tuvalu is the fourth smallest country in the world, covering about 10 square miles and San Marino is the fifth smallest country in the world, it covers only 24 square miles.
